Blumat Easy

Installation Guide
How to Set Up Your System
Takes just a few minutes. Once set up, your plants water themselves.
Prepare the Sensor
Soak the ceramic cone fully in water and refill it completely to activate the watering system before use.
Attach the Cap
Press the green cap firmly back onto the cone while it is still full of water to avoid trapped air inside.
Insert Into Soil
Place the ceramic cone deep into the soil near the plant roots to ensure steady moisture delivery.
Connect the Water Supply
Put the tube into a nearby water container and position the container lower than the cone for proper water flow.
Water Container Position Matters
For the system to work correctly, the water reservoir should sit slightly lower than the green cap on the Blumat cone. A container placed too high may cause overwatering, while one placed too low can stop water from reaching the plant.
Expand Water Coverage Easily
For larger pots or planter boxes, you can connect multiple Distribution Drippers to the same 3mm tube. This helps spread water more evenly across a wider growing area without adding extra sensors.
Designed to Work Better
Engineered for Healthier Plants
Consistent moisture, less maintenance, and healthier growth with a watering system that adapts to your plants naturally.
Moisture-Based Watering
The system responds to soil moisture levels automatically, helping deliver water only when your plants need it.
Slow & Gentle Hydration
Water gradually drips into the soil after warming naturally in the reservoir, helping reduce runoff and root stress.
Expand As You Grow
Start small and easily add more tubing or drippers later to support larger gardens, raised beds, or planters.

Adjustable Moisture Control
Fine-tune each sensor individually to suit different plants, soil conditions, or watering preferences.
No Electricity Required
Runs completely without batteries, timers, pumps, or power connections for simple everyday use.
Quick Tool-Free Setup
The components connect easily by hand, with only basic tubing cuts needed during installation.

Not at all. If you can use scissors, you can set this up. Simply soak the ceramic sensors, fill them with water, place them into the soil, and connect the tubing between each plant.
Most starter kits include everything needed to begin watering your plants. You may only need a separate water container like a bucket or reservoir depending on your setup.
Yes. The system works well with larger pots, raised beds, and mature plants. You can also expand the setup with additional drippers to distribute water more evenly across bigger growing areas.
The system does not require electricity, timers, or pumps to operate. It continues watering normally even during power outages.
