Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed and fulfilled through the logistics and distribution networks of Victory Permaculture LLC. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

*   **Free Shipping:** Available on all US orders over $25.

*   **Standard Shipping:** Usually arrives in 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground.

*   **Expedited Shipping:** Options available at checkout for faster delivery.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States only. For international inquiries or to find local distribution points outside the US, please contact our support team.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your watering systems. Victory Permaculture LLC accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is $5 on all orders under $50 and $10 for orders over $50. Orders over $200 and multi-box shipments may be subject to further return shipping charges.

*   Items must be unused and in original packaging.

*   Used items (especially those that have been in soil) cannot be returned for a full refund due to contamination risks, but please contact us if you have any operational issues.

*   Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or our error. All authorized returns are processed through our corporate receiving facilities.

*   To initiate a return, please email support@blumatdrip.com with your order number.

All authentic sensors and components distributed by Victory Permaculture LLC are covered by the official 3-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, freezing temperatures, or normal wear and tear.
