All genuine Blumat watering systems, sensors, and components sold through blumatdrip.com are fully backed by official manufacturer coverage and managed directly by our parent operating company, Victory Permaculture LLC.

We guarantee that all authentic Blumat products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. 

This warranty is fully honored through Victory Permaculture LLC as an authorized supplier, ensuring you receive direct support and genuine replacement parts.

 Manufacturing defects in the ceramic cone, casing, or internal housing.

*   Structural failures of distribution drippers, fittings, or pressure reducers under standard operating conditions.

*   Defective internal diaphragms or valve mechanisms that fail to regulate water flow correctly upon initial, proper installation.

This warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover product failures or damage resulting from:

*   **Improper Installation or Calibration:** Damage caused by failing to follow official installation guides, over-tightening components, or structural modifications.

*   **Freezing and Weather Damage:** Failure to winterize the system. Ceramic sensors left in freezing soil or exposed to temperatures below 32°F (0°C) will crack, which voids the warranty.

*   **Normal Wear and Tear:** Gradual mineral build-up from hard water or natural scaling on the ceramic tips over time (regular cleaning and maintenance are required).

*   **External Accidents:** Damage caused by gardening tools, lawnmowers, pests, or household pets.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, Victory Permaculture LLC will facilitate a seamless replacement or repair process. To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

1.  **Locate Your Order Number:** Claims must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase from blumatdrip.com.

2.  **Document the Issue:** Take a clear photo or a brief video demonstrating the specific defect or structural failure.

Our compliance and support team will review your claim details within 2 business days. If approved, replacement components will be dispatched directly to you from our verified corporate distribution networks.
